Each of our Mille Crêpe cakes is designed with the delicate balance of flavour and texture in mind. The perfect crepe cake combines twenty lacy, paper-thin crepes with an ethereal pastry cream in between each layer. Each crepe is made by hand, and every cake is carefully crafted and assembled by our pastry chefs. Lunar New Year Crepe Cake
We're celebrating the Lunar New Year with a crepe cake inspired by Injeolmi Bingsu! What is it, you ask? Layers of scrumptious red bean whipped pastry cream, topped with rice cakes and kinako powder. Kinako is roasted soy bean flour, a topping that has a toasty and nutty aroma. We can't wait for you to try this!
