All of our gelato is freshly made in-house; each flavour recipe goes through rigorous testing (and tasting!) before launching to ensure the highest quality standard.

What is the difference between gelato and ice cream?
Ice cream is made with heavy cream. We use whole milk in our recipes so it is less fat. The gelato making process also beats less air into the gelato so the product is very smooth, dense and more flavourful.
